Pages describing audits, workshops, reviews, and health checks are informational. They are not an offer until we confirm scope, fees, and dates in writing. Pricing shown is guidance only and may change.

Intellectual property

Site text, visual design, and original diagrams are owned by Content Grovepoint or used under licence. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without permission. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement are licensed to the client as stated in that engagement’s confirmation — typically a perpetual internal-use licence for the written brief.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt hosting, scrape personal data from forms, submit malicious content, or impersonate another person when enquiring.

Liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. For paid engagements, liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Professional boundaries

Our work is consulting on app analytics for EdTech learning journeys. We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, regulated investment services, or guarantees of learner outcomes, funding success, or ranking improvements.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of material changes for website use. Active clients receive notice of changes that affect ongoing engagements.
