A full-day working session that teaches your product and curriculum pair how to read learning journey signals together — using your own app’s events.
Purpose
Dashboards rarely fail for lack of charts. They fail when product celebrates activation while curriculum sees unfinished practice. This workshop puts both roles in the same room with the same event samples and a shared vocabulary for learning journeys.
What happens
We facilitate a full day: morning on pathway vocabulary and common traps (completion without learning, vanity retention), afternoon on your live examples. Participants leave with a one-page reading guide tailored to your app — not a generic analytics textbook.
Included & excluded
Included: 60-minute prep call, facilitator materials, printed/digital reading guide, follow-up summary within five business days.
Excluded: building new reports, hiring coaching retainers, or training for more than ten people without a second facilitator day.
Practical details
Bring laptops with read-only analytics access. Tell us the learner segment you care about most (school cohort, adult self-paced, exam prep). Fee from MYR 6,800 for one day in the Klang Valley; travel outside the valley is quoted separately.
