Cookies policy

What cookies this site uses, why, and how you can accept or reject non-essential cookies.

Effective date: 1 August 2026

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help pages remember preferences and, if you allow, help us understand how the site is used. This policy should be read with our privacy policy.

Types we use

Essential cookies — required for basic operation, such as remembering your cookie consent choice so the banner does not reappear on every page load in the same browser.

Analytics cookies — optional. If you accept, we may use privacy-respecting analytics to learn which pages are visited in aggregate. Rejecting analytics does not block reading pages, submitting enquiries, or viewing rates.

Cookies table

NamePurposeDurationProvider
content_grovepoint_cookie_consentStores Accept or Reject choice for the consent bannerUp to 1 year (localStorage)Content Grovepoint (first-party)
cg_sessionTemporary load-balancing / session continuity if enabled by hostSessionHosting provider
_cg_analyticsAggregate page-view measurement when consent is AcceptUp to 6 monthsContent Grovepoint or analytics processor

Exact analytics cookie names may vary if we change providers; we will update this table when that happens. No analytics cookie should run after a Reject choice recorded in localStorage under content_grovepoint_cookie_consent.

How to manage cookies

Use the Accept or Reject buttons on our consent banner on first visit. You can clear site data in your browser settings to reset the choice and see the banner again. You may also block cookies entirely in your browser; essential features such as forms should still work, though preference memory may not.

Third-party cookies

Embedded fonts may be requested from Google Fonts; that request can expose your IP to Google. We do not load third-party advertising cookies. If a future embed introduces third-party cookies, we will list them here and gate non-essential ones behind consent.

Impact of disabling

Rejecting analytics does not remove access to engagements information, field notes, or the enquiry form. Blocking all cookies may reset consent prompts and, on some browsers, affect sticky navigation state only insofar as local storage is cleared.
