Why we exist

Educational apps in Malaysia and the wider region collect more events every year, yet product and curriculum still argue past each other. Content Grovepoint was founded to sit between those tables: to read learning journeys with the patience of a curriculum conversation and the discipline of careful event review.

We are not a software vendor. We do not sell seats, licences, or a hosted analytics suite. We deliver audits, workshops, and recurring health checks — human work with written artefacts you keep.

Origin

The practice grew out of freelance advisory work with Klang Valley EdTech teams who needed someone to explain why “completion” looked healthy while teachers reported unfinished practice. Over time the work settled into a repeatable audit format and a workshop that product and curriculum can share.

How we work

• Start from the pathway learners actually take, not from the dashboard the team inherited

• Write in plain language so a founder and a subject-matter expert can both use the brief

People

Engagements are led by a principal consultant with prior experience supporting educational product teams in Malaysia. Specialist associates join for bilingual curriculum reviews or denser statistical sampling when a project needs it. You always know who is reading your materials.
